This Lunar New Year, Shisen Hanten by Chen Kentaro invites you to indulge in a rich tapestry of festive flavours. From now until 12 February 2025, the Michelin-starred restaurant is offering a variety of dine-in set menus, à la carte dishes, and delectable takeaway goodies designed to capture the essence of prosperity and togetherness.
A highlight is the Shisen Hanten Abundant Fortune Pot, a sumptuous medley of premium ingredients like whole abalone, Japanese scallops, roasted duck, and pork knuckle. Available for dine-in ($488) or takeaway ($518), the dish is paired with complimentary delicacies such as Salmon Yu Sheng and Wok-fried Glutinous Rice.

Another standout is the Prosperity Madai Yu Sheng ($88+), featuring Japanese red sea bream, complemented by a vibrant array of vegetables and tangy plum sauce, symbolizing abundance and renewal. Guests can also explore six thoughtfully curated set menus (from $168++ to $388++ per diner), vegetarian options, and signature dishes like Roasted Irish Duck in “Dang Gui” Sauce and the signature Chen’s Mapo Tofu.
