This festive season, celebrate Christmas with friends and family with a sublime steak feast accompanied by delicious sides. In December, Wolfgang’s Steakhouse Singapore (#02-01, InterContinental Singapore Robertson Quay) is rolling out a specially curated Christmas Set Menu for two at $298++.

Kick off your meal with a choice of Waldorf salad composed of crisp apples, celery, walnuts and sweet grapes tossed in a delicate dressing, or the velvety cream of cauliflower soup perked up with bacon bits. The Christmas Set Menu for two features main courses like USDA prime roasted prime rib accompanied by Yorkshire pudding, richly flavoured beef au jus, and balanced with a dollop of creamy horseradish. The quintessential Christmas honey baked ham will also be served.

Complete your dining experience at this New York steakhouse with an ensemble of sides from haricot vert to baked sweet potato, and aromatic sauteed wild mushrooms. Finally round off with Ube Tiramisu which combines the velvety richness of classic tiramisu with the vibrant hues and flavours of ube (purple yam).

Meanwhile, for an authentic American holiday meal, head over to sister restaurant Crafted by Peter Zwiener at South Beach Avenue (#B1-21). The menu is more casual but just as delicious. Christmas a la carte specials include baked camembert with honey and rosemary platter; USDA prime filet mignon with cremini and veal emulsion; oxtail soup and butternut squash soup; and barbecue pork loin burger and foie gras burger.

If you’re dining with friends, share the Platter of Signatures (for two $128++ and for four $238++) which includes honey baked ham salad, 14 days dry-aged Hokkaido pork collar and a seasonal Christmas Burger layered with 100% USDA Prime Black Angus ground beef, foie gras, onion marmalade and green corals.

Enjoy these with festive sides such as grilled honey butter bi-coloured corn, smoked chicken cheese sausages, zucchini and candied bacon. For bigger groups, go for the menu for four, which includes an additional entrée of 100% USDA Prime Black Angus ribeye and miso cod.

If you prefer to throw a Christmas party at home, order the Classic Roast Turkey Set for takeaway at $358++. It comes with creamy mushroom soup, grilled seasonal vegetables, roasted red chat potatoes, mushroom stuffing, homemade turkey gravy, cranberry sauce and cranberry polenta cupcakes.

Alternatively, the 100% USDA Prime Roasted Whole Rib Set at $428++ is laden with fresh greens, butternut squash soup, grilled brussel sprouts with molasses and candied pecan nuts, mashed potatoes with onion gravy and cranberry polenta cupcakes.
