Festive Feasting

To welcome 2024, round up family and friends and make a beeline for Fiamma – Capella Singapore’s signature restaurant presented by Michelin starred Chef Mauro Colagreco, which celebrates the heritage and spirit of Italian family cuisine.

Fiamma will be holding a New Year’s Eve Dinner on 31 December 2023, which features a variety of celebratory dishes including the Australian Wagyu beef fillet with Taggiasca olive sauce, the clam, mussel, squid, and Mazzara del Vallo red prawns in seafood sauce, as well as wild-caught seabass with fennel and citrus sauce.

First seating at the New Year’s Eve Dinner is from 5:30-8pm ($256++/person, inclusive of a glass of champagne), which features a four-course menu. Second seating is from 8:30pm-1am ($326++/person, inclusive of a glass of champagne), which features a more indulgent seven-course menu. The second seating will also allow you to be part of the festivities, where a deejay will spin live beats from 9pm through 1am, letting you welcome 2024 in high spirits.

For those who want to celebrate the holidays at home, Capella Singapore makes it possible too with a spectacular selection of Festive Takeaway options. Give your Christmas table a fabulous spin with the addition of mains like the Norwegian roasted pork belly – created using the family recipe of Capella Singapore’s General Manager. Known as ribbe in Norway, this holiday dish that highlights crackling fat and pork is cute in a square pattern and includes apple and prune compote, boiled potatoes, and sauerkraut. More traditional to-go options are also available, which include the roasted USA whole turkey, roasted Australian farmed angus beef ribeye, honey-glazed bone-in gammon ham, and New Zealand baby rack of lamb. A selection of additional sides is also available as add-ons.

Complete the spread with sweet treats like the Chocolate-Almond or White Chocolate log cake. Also available is the fruit cake infused with Navegante rum, homemade stollen, Sicilian lemon and Navegante rum panettone, homemade gingerbread cookies, and spiced cranberry jam.

Sensory Journey

As the activities of the year draw to a close and the merrymaking and feasting takes a toll on your body, what better way to rejuvenate than with a restorative spa experience? Thankfully, the hotel has its Festive Spa Journey to complete your Capella Singapore stay.
