IWC Schaffhausen revealed its first official team watch at the commemoration of the inaugural Miami Grand PrixTM held earlier this summer. Crafted from lightweight and durable grade 5 titanium, the Pilot’s Watch Chronograph 41 Edition “Mercedes-AMG Petronas Formula OneTM Team” features a black dial with printing and luminescence in the team’s signature Petronas green color. The IWC-manufactured 69385 caliber, a chronograph movement in classic column-wheel design consisting of 231 individual parts, is visible through a sapphire glass back, where the bi-directional pawl winding system builds up a power reserve of 46 hours.
The chronograph is delivered with two different straps, the first in black embossed calfskin strap, and the other in green rubber, where both are easily interchangeable with the integrated EasX-CHANGE® system.

Girard-Perregaux Laureato Absolute Aston Martin F1
As the official watch partner of Aston Martin and of the Aston Martin Aramco Cognizant Formula One™ Team, Girard-Perregaux creates a new model for the AMF1 Team, the Laureato Absolute Chronograph AM F1 Edition, featuring two industry pioneering feats using carbon elements taken from two F1 race cars used during the 2021 season. This is primarily used in the 44mm case that comprises a composition of said carbon, titanium powder and tinted resin, resulting in a material that has a superior ductility to that of steel. Secondly, the GP Rubber Alloy, presented in Aston Martin Racing Green, is made of carbon and FKM rubber (FKM). The resultant strap proffers superior suppleness and resistance while dressed in a fabric-effect façade.
For the first time on a Laureato Absolute Chronograph, it features a sapphire crystal caseback that exhibits the automatic caliber GP03300-1058 manufacture movement. A subtle nod to the partnership is indicated on the dial where the cross- hatching motif is that of the Aston Martin ‘AM’ badge of 1921.

This year, the BR 03-92 A522 completes the series of Alpine timepieces, whose visual identity adopts the racing team’s color and graphics. In reference to the current Alpine A522 racing car, Bell & Ross’ new team timepiece is presented in its iconic 42 mm ceramic case where time is displayed in excellent legibility. The white and blue dial of this sporty timepiece takes cues from the speedometer of an Alpine car referencing the brand’s signature color code. It features large white numerals, coated with Super-LumiNova®, and italic typography conveys an idea of speed and dynamism; the counterweight of the central blue chrono seconds hand takes up the stylised A of Alpine. A mini blue/white/red flag recalling Alpine’s tricolor origins is placed above the date window at 6 o’clock and the Alpine’s signature blue is used to highlight the minute track on the flange.
On the mechanical side, the BR 03-92 A522 is powered by the automatic BR-CAL.302 movement, and displays the main hours, running seconds and date. Completed in an ultra-breathable micro-perforated rubber strap, Bell & Ross presents this latest edition in an availability of 999 pieces.

TAG Heuer Formula 1 Chronograph
In show-stopping colors of green, yellow, and red, the new colorful novelties in TAG Heuer’s Formula 1 collection are assertive and fun, and pays homage to the first-generation TAG Heuer Formula 1 quartz watches from the 1980s, whose striking colors (in six variations) took cues from the race track. The TAG Heuer Formula 1 Chronograph is designed with a 43mm stainless steel case that houses a luminous sunray brushed dial with three “azurage” chronograph sub-counters that add texture, depth, and light effects.
Each colored piece features slightly different details: the green edition features red-encircled chronograph sub-counters, a central lacquered second hand in the yellow edition, whereas the red edition keeps it bright and legible with white accents. The screw-down steel case back reveals a checkered flag motif, sign of a successfully completed race.
