Today, with Gallotti&Radice led by the second generation, the company remains loyal to the spirit of craftsmanship and dedicated to a clientele that appreciates furnishing their homes with style and personality.
With design at the center of the brand’s undertakings, Gallotti&Radice has initiated various collaborations with highly regarded individuals and studios—among them Federica Biasi, Pinuccio Borgonovo, Oscar and Gabriele Buratti, Massimo Castagna, Carlo Colombo, Dainelli Studio, Draga&Aurel, Marcello Pozzi, Pietro Russo, Studiopepe and Staffa Tollgard + Filippo Castellani. “We invest in collaboration with architects and designers who can interpret our style and give voice to our exclusive finishes,” explains CEO Silvia Gallotti.
Silvia Gallotti recently visited Singapore and gave Portfolio an exclusive interview.
Your design spans a wide range of products – from furniture to lamps, systems, and accessories. What is the thinking behind this instead of specialising in just one range?
Over the years we have moved from developing individual products to designing a complete collection that can create unique atmospheres with a strong identity and aesthetic impact. Now Gallotti&Radice, led by the second generation, is a company that retains a spirit of craftsmanship and caters to those who love to furnish their homes with style and personality.
Gallotti&Radice’s current collection features products dedicated to living, dining and bedroom areas, and also includes accessories. A total living proposal, where the skill for traditional crystal working well blends with the search for new innovative finishes not only on crystal but also on other precious materials such as marbles, woods and metals, interpreting them through exclusive and refined combinations, an expression of femininity and of a “gentle attitude”.

How do the different ranges that you design relate to one another? Are there elements in the Gallotti&Radice DNA that connect these products? Is there a stylistic signature that identifies a Gallotti & Radice design?
The different home and office collections stand out for their knowledge of traditional techniques and high-quality workmanship. Proposals for a contemporary, cool, fashionable way of living where fine materials and essences are used overlapping and mixing styles and tradition to address with glamorous ingredients to an increasingly wide audience. A creative style that is always and in any case pure elegance. Collections dedicated to an attentive and demanding public, looking for novelties with a decidedly refined taste.
Combination of materials, accurate workmanship and perfect inlays, but also continuous experimentation with new finishes. Gallotti&Radice stands out for its continuous search for exceptional finishes, the character of which springs from elaborate manual workmanship and great attention to detail. Cutting-edge design, refined forms and precious materials make Gallotti&Radice a unique and dynamic brand. Always projected toward new scenarios to be imagined.
How often do you launch a collection? Are they all manufactured in-house? What is your frequent source of design inspiration?
Gallotti&Radice used to present one collection per year. Gallotti&Radice designs, creates, transforms and manufactures exclusively and completely in Italy. The final products demonstrate excellence, quality of details, finishes and shapes. This is possible thanks to the experience the company has gathered over the years, growing steadily with a well-defined goal: to produce objects intended to stand the test of time. Gallotti&Radice respects the territory in which it operates and also pays specific attention to the choice of suppliers, all of them local, most of them, located in the large district of Brianza, which has been working in the furniture industry for years with mastery and excellence. Our designers find inspiration everywhere: in travel, in fashion, in nature, in art….
