The hotel debuts a kaya and white chocolate snowskin rendition, where the coconut spread which is none other than the in-house creation. The filling is surrounded with a white lotus paste filling, and wrapped in snowskin dyed in a complementing shade of leaf green. The spherical pastry is also symbolic of the festival’s full harvest moon, representing family unity and completeness.
