These new timepieces blend technology and geometry, introducing a concept MIDO calls Technometry — an avant-garde design philosophy that merges precision engineering with bold aesthetics. Available in two variations, these watches offer a contemporary take on classic horology while maintaining the durability and performance MIDO is known for.

The Multifort 8 Two Crowns can be easily recognised by its octagonal bezel, a bold statement that reinforces its technical and geometric inspiration. With polished and satin-finished facets, this bezel enhances the interplay of light and shadow, creating a dynamic visual appeal. The watch case measures 40mm in diameter, offering a balance between robustness and wearability, making it an ideal companion for everyday use or more adventurous pursuits.
A key feature of the Multifort 8 Two Crowns is its dual-crown system. Positioned at 2 o’clock, the first crown operates the internal rotating bezel, a function inspired by classic diver’s watches, allowing the wearer to track elapsed time effortlessly. The second crown, located at 4 o’clock, manages time-setting and winding. This design ensures practicality without compromising aesthetics.
The dial — available in black, grey, or deep blue — features a textured pattern of horizontal lines, enhancing the watch’s three-dimensional depth. Meanwhile, the Super-LumiNova®-coated hands and indexes provide excellent legibility in all lighting conditions.

Within the Multifort 8 Two Crowns is the MIDO Caliber 72 automatic movement, based on the ETA A31.111. Renowned for its exceptional precision and reliability, this Swiss-made movement boasts an impressive 72-hour power reserve, ensuring continuous operation for nearly three days. Additionally, the Nivachron™ balance spring provides superior resistance to magnetism and shocks, making the watch exceptionally durable and accurate in various conditions.
