The seasonal specialty, deliciously done up in a variety of ways, can be enjoyed until 30 June at the comforts of home. Available in either four- (vegetarian) or five-courses, the white asparagus takes centre stage and is simply accompanied by a sea urchin, orange, and tarragon sauce, or served alongside pasta, meat, and seafood, or transformed into a creamy gelato.
