Live out your French fantasies at French Fold, the latest all-day dining destination by the Merci Marcel Group. Located at Telok Ayer, the restaurant boasts beautiful interiors designed by Takenouchi Webb, as well as a menu consisting of savory galettes, crepes, cocktails, and organic ciders.

The galettes are sure to be a crowd pleaser because not only is it made with quality French ingredients, it's gluten-free too and uses buckwheat flour. For something familiar, go with classic fillings like ham, mushroom, egg, and chorizo. For something a little more unique, opt for the smoked trout or satay chicken. As for the crepes, nothing beats the classic combination of brown sugar and Maison Beillavaire butter. But if you're feeling indulgent, we suggest trying the melted Valrhona chocolate with poached pear or chestnut cream with mascarpone.
