Mixology Salon, a craft cocktail bar that originated in Tokyo, recently opened its first international location in Singapore at Robertson Quay. Founded by mixologist Shuzo Nagumo, Mixology Salon first gained recognition for its signature ‘tea tails’, which showcases Japanese green tea leaves like oolong and gyokuro in crafted cocktails. Now, cocktail drinkers can enjoy a unique take on tipples, such as the Japanese Tea Espresso Martini, Sencha Gin & Tonic, and Four Seams.

Lobster Galore at Lime Restaurant
Lime Restaurant at PARKROYAL Collection Pickering has unveiled its plans for this year’s Lobsterfest (happening from now until 6 August): Bring in more lobsters to eat and culinary rockstars to cook their specialties. With an outdoor barbecue station that will showcase the diverse culinary creations from both Chef Vishnu Bernard from Armokwan Bangkok and Chef Ivan Yeo from Blue Smoke on selected weekends, expect dishes like Singapore Chilli Lobster and Kam Hmong Lobster.

Lunchtime Indulgence at Sushi Sato
Sushi Sato, a Japanese sushi restaurant located in Dempsey, is introducing a newly launched lunch experience. The new menu features seven courses of sushi and assorted dishes served in the private dining room, which can hold up to six guests. Diners will also end their meal with a signature rice bowl, made with bafun uni and ikura, alongside seasonal fruit and homemade warabi mochi for dessert.

A Show of Hands at Min Jiang at Goodwood Park Hotel
Min Jiang at Goodwood Park Hotel is pleased to announce this year’s collaborative cookout, ‘10 Hands Culinary Showcase: A Rediscovery of Cantonese Classics’. The lineup of chefs will include five veteran culinary maestros – Chan Kwok, Yim Yiu Wing, Cheng Hon Chau, Chan Hwan Kee, and Ho Chee Hee – who will be presenting traditional Hong Kong-style Cantonese dishes that go back 30 years.
'10 Hands Culinary Showcase: A Rediscovery of Cantonese Classics’ will be held from 13-20 July at Min Jiang at Goodwood Park Hotel.
