The journey begins with injection blow molding, where a melted plastic polymer is introduced into a crafted steel mould. The magic continues with the application of a mirror finish via the highly technical process of vacuum metallization. Inside a vacuum chamber, the polycarbonate shell is bombarded with a vaporised mist of metallic particles, which settles onto the surface, creating a hyper-reflective finish.
