I have actively contributed to the development and execution of the curriculum, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices. We also collaborate with experienced instructors and industry professionals (e.g. Grab & Zendesk) to create comprehensive course materials that strike a balance between theoretical knowledge and practical skills. Our delivery focuses mostly on learning by doing and this remains true with our coaching and training programs for companies where they bring real business problems into the classroom.
CuriousCore has established valuable industry partnerships, providing students with opportunities to gain real-world experiences through real projects and recent industry case studies. We also add value to our industry partners by referring talent for their tech hiring needs and accomplishing UX projects for non-profits and startups that are making a meaningful impact on the world.
Recently, we have started interviewing more regional businesses on how they successfully launch or grow their digital products. One of our existing case studies is from Love, Bonito.
We are also looking to work with more digital teams and product teams in the region to sharpen their teams’ thinking and practices by bringing actual business problems into the class. SGCarMart, one of our existing clients, is going through this process at the moment.
We are looking to build an ecosystem of hiring partners and companies who would be willing to sponsor a scholarship or share pro-bono projects with students. As an example, our students have suggested design features for the AirAsia super app and have also given UX recommendations for the Miss Universe Singapore website. Finally, we are looking to bring more advanced courses to our UX Design and Product Management categories.”
