On 29 October, V-ZUG and Portfolio Magazine hosted an exclusive event at the V-ZUG showroom in ION Orchard, offering an unforgettable culinary experience. The intimate evening immersed guests in the innovative world of V-ZUG appliances, with hands-on cooking experiences using the brand’s cutting-edge ovens.

Guided by three expert chefs, guests had the opportunity to roll up their sleeves and engage in the cooking process, creating an elevated yet simple menu. The first dish, sous-vide salmon with heirloom tomatoes infused with yuzu juice, was prepared with guests actively involved in tasks like cutting, seasoning, and blanching. For the second course, a hearty chicken stew with potato mousse, guests worked together to chop ingredients and cook the stew. The evening culminated with pigs in a pretzel blanket, where guests learned the intricacies of rolling dough and wrapping it around sausages.
