The first dish, sous-vide salmon with heirloom tomatoes infused with yuzu juice, was prepared with guests actively involved in tasks like cutting, seasoning, and blanching. For the second course, a hearty chicken stew with potato mousse, guests worked together to chop ingredients and cook the stew. The evening culminated with pigs in a pretzel blanket, where guests learned the intricacies of rolling dough and wrapping it around sausages.
