DBS Insignia Hosts an Evening of Artistic Dining at Alma by Juan Amador

Alma by Juan Amador at Goodwood Park recently hosted around 80 DBS Inginia card members and guests for an unforgettable gastronomic and artistic evening, helmed by Michelin-starred culinary legend, Chef Juan Amador, as well as Alma’s Executive Chef Haikal Johari. At the dinner gathering, guests had the chance to dine amongst contemporary masterpieces from Ode to Art, featuring works by artists like Eva Armisen, Rennie Ford, and Coplu. As for the food, Chef Amador drew inspiration from some of his favorite culinary flavors, which presented a balanced reflection of old and new, exclusively for the event. What’s more, classic Amador signatures were perfectly complemented by new creations from Executive Chef Haikal Johari.
