On 24 November 2017, DBS Insignia Cardmembers and their guests gathered at the JW Marriott Singapore South Beach for an intimate evening with Michelin Star Chef Thomas Bühner, who has held the distinction of being one of Germany’s top chef ’s for more than two decades. It was truly a memorable meal for everyone in attendance because Chef Bühner is one of the nine chefs in Germany who has ever received a third Michelin star. His avant-garde, three-dimensional aromatic cuisine has allowed him to develop a culinary style that’s all his own, punctuated too by product quality and the highest standards of preparation.
