Discover these highly limited SHH Editions that were launched in honour of the grand opening of SHH’s largest ever boutique.
Spanning two storeys, the new SHH in Kuala Lumpur stands as Sincere Fine Watches’ latest concept boutique, dedicated to showcasing some of the finest in independent watchmaking. In addition to the display area, the 5,000 sq ft space houses a private lounge and bar, event space, and dining area. Armin Strom timepieces very often have fascinatingly busy dials, so the Tribute 1 collection was released as a chic, time-only model that would work better as an everyday watch. Over the years, the signature off-centred dials have been dressed in bright colours in the fume and “California” editions, but the SHH Edition went in a more subtle direction, with the hands sweeping over a salmon-coloured dial with a tremblage finish. The large barrel is engraved with the words, “one hundred hours of power reserve — manual winding”, telling you everything you need to know about the in-house AMW21 calibre. The 38mm steel case is paired with a grey Alcantara calf leather strap, and its back bears the inscription, “One of Twelve”, denoting its limited run of 12 pieces.

Christiaan van der Klaauw Planetarium Dunes of Mars Bi-Colour SHH Edition
Earlier in 2023, SHH commissioned an eight-piece limited edition of Christiaan van der Klaauw’s (CVDK) award-winning Planetarium Eise Eisinga that featured a black DLC steel case. This second collaboration revisits the Planetarium Dunes of Mars from 2022, but offers a bi-metallic case in stainless steel and rose gold. For the uninitiated, these watches are essentially the smallest planetariums in the world, as the tiny coloured balls in the sub dial at 6 o’clock display the real-time movements of Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter and Saturn as they revolve around the sun. Inside the 40mm Bi-Colour SHH Edition you’ll find the same calibre CVDK7386 that offers hours, minutes, date, and month, and a power reserve of 96 hours. Limited to eight pieces.

Czapek & Cie Antarctique Rattrapante Gold Dust SHH Edition
The Czapek & Cie Antarctique Rattrapante stands out for its unique placement of chronograph counters at the five and seven o’clock positions, relatively uncommon in timepieces.. Thus, the Gold Dust SHH Edition appropriately highlights this feature by having these counters and the peripheral minute ring crafted in 18k 5N rose gold. The Antarctique Rattrapante, the brand’s first split-second chronograph — made with the help of movement specialists Chronode in 2021 — proudly showcases its entire calibre for an unobstructed view. Limited to 25 pieces, the 42.5mm watch comes with an interchangeable bracelet and blue rubber strap.

Greubel Forsey Balancier Convexe S2 SHH Edition
To commemorate the revival of SHH at Marina Bay Sands in 2022, the retailer unveiled a special edition Greubel Forsey Double Balancier Convexe in an eye-catching shade of purple. This time, SHH has chosen a slightly simpler model in a more accommodating shade for its latest boutique opening: the Greubel Forsey Balancier Convexe S2 SHH Edition in khaki green. At 41.5mm in diameter, the watch is on the small side for a Greubel Forsey watch, but maintains visual drama thanks to its inclined balance wheel sitting on a sunken portion of the dial. The titanium case and rubber bracelet will make for comfortable wearing, and each of these six pieces will also be presented with an additional rubber strap in black.
