Grey dials tend to have metallic finishes to complement their metal cases, giving off cool, industrial vibes. But what Breguet has done with its Ref. 8918 is give its grey face a creamy, glossy look thanks to the Grand Feu enamel technique. Paired with the warmth of 18k rose gold and the glimmer of 118 diamonds, this is a less traditional but still highly refined colorway.

OMEGA PLANET OCEAN 600M CHRONOGRAPH

Of all the models in Omega’s Seamaster collection, the Planet Ocean is the one most suited to actually exploring the deep, but its latest references mark an aesthetic departure from its maritime roots to embrace colors inspired by city, jungle, and desert. This sand-colored reference features a 43.5mm brushed stainless steel case and a brushed unidirectional rotating bezel made from bronze ceramic and filled with hybrid ceramic combined with Super-Luminova.

CHOPARD MILLE MIGLIA CLASSIC CHRONOGRAPH FRENCH LIMITED EDITION

Chopard’s elegant chronograph collection, named after the illustrious Mille Miglia classic car event, welcomes a new colorway in France’s national colors. Presented at the Salon Retromobile classic car show in Paris earlier this year, the 40.5mm case is crafted from the maison’s eco-friendly Lucent Steel and houses a chronometer-certified movement with 54 hours of power reserve. Limited to 100 pieces and available exclusively at authorized dealers in France.

TUDOR BLACK BAY CHRONO “PINK”

Soon after announcing its new “Official Timekeeper” status with Inter Miami CF (a football club co-owned by Tudor ambassador David Beckham), the brand reveals another surprise: A pink-dialed Black Bay Chrono designed in collaboration with Jay Chou, who is well-known for his love of the color. The case remains consistent with the rest of the collection, at 41mm wide in steel, but features a five-link bracelet introduced last year.

Recent trends see watches getting smaller, but there’s still plenty to love about big, burly tool watches. Longines added a new GMT model to its Hydroconquest line last year in 41mm cases, but this year, it adds references in an upsized 43mm case. The larger models are wider but still maintain their height of 12.9mm and remain powered by the Longines-exclusive L844.5 movement.
