Colony Easter Sunday Champagne Brunch

The famed annual Colony Easter Sunday Champagne Brunch returns this April with a charming garden theme, featuring an indulgent all-you-can-eat lineup from the different conservatory kitchens. An Enchanting High Tea Experience at The Rose Veranda

An elegant Spring High Tea awaits at The Rose Veranda, set in a whimsical garden of soft pastels and delicate blossoms. Expect a backdrop of cascading florals and refined décor for the perfect afternoon, over a selection of sandwiches, savouries, one main course, sweets, and a choice of beverage. InterContinental Singapore’s annual Signature Easter Sunday Big Brunch returns for the third consecutive year with yet another extravagant Easter showcase jointly presented by LUCE, The Lobby Lounge, and Man Fu Yuan. The brunch features almost 300 Easter-themed delights and 10 live stations for a theatrical experience.
Brunch highlights feature a gourmet spread and live stations, including Seafood on ice, a hearty selection of imported cold cuts accompanied with French and Italian artisanal cheese, as well as canapés of Chilled Hokkaido Scallop with soba noodles, Fresh Vietnamese Spring Rolls with Barbecued Eel, Lobster & Foie Gras Sandos, and more.
Highlights at the Italian spread by LUCE include the Giant Apulia Burrata Cheese, Risotto allo Zafferano e Gambero Rosso in signature cheese wheel, Pancia di Maiale Croccante & Luganega alla Piastra (Roman-style crispy pork belly and pork sausage), as well as freshly baked Pinsas, such as Carciofi & ‘Nduja with marinated artichoke and ‘nduja sausage, and 5 Formaggi with Les Frères Marchand Cheeses, sweet pear, and acacia honey.
